Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
• GPA above 3.4.
• Part-time/summer job or internship required.
• Customer service experience in any industry.
• Experience in tech support or IT help desk.
• Strong understanding of Windows OS.
• Strong understanding of Mac OS.
• Solid understanding of latest business office technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Respond promptly to queries in person and by email.
• Educate team members on technology and problem solving.
• Install, modify, and repair hardware and software.
• Run diagnostic programs to identify and resolve problems.
• Maintain performance of computer systems.
• Resolve problems with LAN, Wi‑Fi and other systems.
• Install and configure new Windows and Mac workstations.
• Create new accounts for incoming team members.
• Support online software configuration and answer team member questions.
• Document new processes and communicate them to team members.
