WheelHouse IT, the leading MSP in South Florida, seeks a passionate Support Agent to join our team as the entry-point for IT service. You will be the first contact for end users, delivering friendly, knowledgeable support by phone or email.

Qualifications

• Basic IT knowledge and passion for technology.
• Ability to provide phone support to clients.
• Excellent customer service and clear written/verbal communication.
• Local to the greater Fort Lauderdale area, and available for standard Monday–Friday hours.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from clients.
• Resolve simple or fast tickets.
• Create tickets and route calls to technicians.
• Provide application support (Office/Microsoft 365, QuickBooks).
• Configure hardware and install common peripherals.
• Provide basic network support – configure wireless routers and access points.
• Access client systems via RMM tools.
• Conduct peer-to-peer training and shadowing.
• Manage basic logistics and inventory for enterprise-level clients.
