Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and IT support.
• Familiarity with Windows environments and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP and DNS.
• Ability to troubleshoot remotely and document steps clearly.

Responsibilities

• Answer all calls routed or transferred to the IT service desk queue.
• Provide first-line support for desktop hardware and software.
• Assist with printer and multi-function device issues.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
