Job summary

nXio, LLC is seeking a Junior IT Support Specialist for our Lenexa, KS office with local travel across the Kansas City metro area. This early-career role focuses on helping clients with Microsoft 365, workstation troubleshooting, and basic systems administration.

We offer an hourly schedule with overtime, mileage reimbursement for approved travel, and a compensation range of $40,000 to $60,000 depending on experience. PTO and comprehensive benefits are included to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT experience in a support role or similar environment.
• Knowledge of Windows and/or macOS.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and user support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and light Tier 2 end-user support.
• Triage, document, and resolve incoming tickets.
• Troubleshoot password resets, MFA, email, Windows/macOS issues.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding, accounts, licenses, devices.
• Maintain and update SOPs and asset records.
• Follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
