Fleetworthy is seeking an entry-level IT Support Specialist to join our Help Desk. This role supports employees across the organization, resolving everyday technical problems and delivering excellent service.

You will learn and grow in a fast-paced tech environment, handle tickets, document resolutions, and assist with device provisioning and access requests as part of a collaborative IT team.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year IT support, help desk, or customer service experience welcomed.
• Basic understanding of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees with technical issues via phone, email, chat, or in person.
• Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and connectivity problems; escalate complex issues.
• Assist in setup and provisioning of devices for new employees; support access requests.
