Job summary

Skild AI is hiring a Junior IT Support Engineer to independently manage day-to-day employee IT in a robotics and AI environment. You will support Mac, Linux, and Windows machines, networking, identity and access, and office technology for teams that build and test robots daily.

You will own the IT ticket queue, run onboarding and offboarding end-to-end, and help create run books and repeatable processes to scale IT as Skild AI grows.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years IT support or desktop support experience.
• Strong macOS support; comfortable with Linux and Windows.
• Experience with Kandji/Jamf or similar endpoint tools.
• Solid networking fundamentals and VPN troubleshooting.
• Experience onboarding/offboarding and basic SSO/MFA admin.
• Scripting ability (Bash/Python/zsh) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own IT ticket queue and onboarding/offboarding end to end.
• Provision, configure, and retire Mac laptops via MDM.
• Build and image Linux laptops/desktops for engineers.
• Troubleshoot hardware/OS issues and manage repairs.
• Troubleshoot network issues: DHCP, DNS, Wi‑Fi, VPN.
• Maintain office tech, A/V, printers, conference rooms.
• Support Google Workspace and Slack administration.
• Document run books and scalable IT processes.
• Collaborate with IT & Security Lead on projects.
• Ensure tickets are up to date and response targets met.
