Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote IT solutions across IT operations, security, help desk, endpoints, networks, and cloud infrastructure.
• Talk to customers (IT Managers, IT Administrators, Engineers) and partners to understand requirements and recommend products with Account Managers.
• Analyze client needs and suggest technical solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and address technical queries.
• Develop understanding of product areas including Desktop/Mobile Device Management, IT Help Desk, Windows Management.
• Support Desk and cloud management discussions with clients.
