Zoho's ManageEngine unit in McAllen, TX is recruiting 10 recent graduates for our Enterprise IT Management product suite. The start date is Tuesday, January 12, 2027.

This role involves promoting IT solutions across IT operations, security, help desk, endpoint, networks, and cloud infrastructure. You will talk to IT Managers and engineers to understand requirements and recommend the right ManageEngine product alongside Account Managers.

Qualifications

• College graduate of 2-year or 4-year program in the last 3 years.
• Strong technical knowledge with experience in the IT industry.
• Good interpersonal skills to work with multiple ManageEngine product teams.

ManageEngine, the enterprise IT management division of Zoho Corp., is recruiting 10 recent-graduates for our McAllen office (601 North Main Street, McAllen, TX 78501). The start date is Tuesday, January 12, 2027.

This role is specifically for our Enterprise IT Management product suite under the ManageEngine brand. ManageEngine with 90+ products and free tools covers everything your IT needs, at prices you can afford. From network and device management to IT security and service desk software, we're bringing IT together for an integrated, overarching approach to optimize your IT.

What you will do once trained

The hours are normal business hours in the office, and the start date is Tuesday, January 12, 2026.

We are currently doing online interviews. The following/final interviews will be at our McAllen office.

The starting salary will be $55,000 and all full-time, permanent employees are eligible for all employee benefits. Zoho's full suite of benefits includes medical, dental, and vision insurance as well as a company-sponsored 401k.
