Job summary

Telekom HBS is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join its PMO team. The role focuses on assessing project maturity, maintaining PM tooling, and guiding teams in implementing the chosen management methodology within an IT governance framework.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a PMO role, experience with Agile software development, and hands-on use of Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate) and Jira/SharePoint. Eligible for EU-27 security clearance is expected.

Qualifications

3+ years in a PMO role or IT project support.
Experience in Agile software development environments.
Experience with Power Platform tooling and reporting.
Knowledge of PM², PRINCE2, PMBOK or Scrum advantageous.
Strong written communication and ability to structure documents.

Responsibilities

Assess project maturity against chosen PM methodology and guide compliance.
Maintain PM tooling for planning, status and risk reporting (Power BI, Jira, SharePoint).
Support on methodology implementation and review deliverables.
Assist in IT governance compliance and control.
Participate in cost, timescale and resource reviews.
Prepare and maintain project plans; track activities and report.
Monitor costs, timescales, and resources; propose corrective actions.
Define and manage change control with project sponsors.
