Telekom Hellenic Business Solutions SA, part of the Telekom Group, is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support PMO activities in IT projects. You will guide methodologies, maintain PMO tooling, and help teams comply with IT governance.

Responsibilities include cost, time, and resource tracking, change control, and reporting. Strong Agile knowledge and coaching experience are desired, with Power Platform and Jira experience beneficial.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in a PMO role and IT project experience.
• Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
• Advanced project management certification (PM²/PRINCE2/PMP/PMBOK or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of Scrum roles, ceremonies and artefacts.
• Coaching or training experience is a plus.
• Power Platform, Power BI, Jira and SharePoint experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess projects' maturity against the chosen project management methodology and provide guidance for better compliance.
• Maintain PPMO tooling for project planning, status and risk reporting across project and portfolio levels (Power BI, Power Automate, Jira, SharePoint).
• Provide guidance to teams on implementing the chosen management methodology and review deliverables.
• Support Project Managers to comply with IT Governance rules.
• Participate in reviews of estimated costs, timescales and resource requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project plans and track activities against the plans with regular reports.
• Ensure monitoring of costs, timescales and resources and review deviations.
• Define and manage change control procedure and gain agreement for revisions to the project.

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our team and be responsible for the following tasks:

• Assess projects' maturity against the chosen project management methodology and provide guidance for better compliance.
• Maintain custom PPMO tooling for project planning, status and risk reporting, follow-up and organisation of PM activities at project and portfolio level. PPMO tooling consists of Power BI, Power Automate, Jira and SharePoint components.
• Provide guidance to the teams on implementing the chosen management methodology and review their deliverables related to Project Management.
• Support Project Managers to comply with IT Governance rules.
• Participate in the reviews of estimated costs, timescales and resource requirements.
• Provide support in preparing and maintaining project plans and track activities against the plans, providing regular and accurate reports.
• Ensure that the monitoring of costs, timescales and resources is effectively handled and review proposed actions when deviations are identified.
• Define and manage the change control procedure, gaining agreement for revisions to the project from Project Sponsors.

Requirements

• 
  Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) role.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience managing or supporting IT projects.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience working in an Agile software development environment.
• Hold an advanced project management certification (e.g. PM², PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, PMBOK or equivalent).
• Demonstrate strong theoretical knowledge of Scrum, including Scrum roles, ceremonies and artefacts.
• Experience as a coach or trainer.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Automate and Power Query.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience using Jira.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience administering Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
• Must be eligible to obtain an EU-27 Security Clearance, as the role requires access to sensitive information and secure areas.
• Demonstrate knowledge of project management methodologies, including PM², PRINCE2, PMBOK and Scrum. Certification in any of these methodologies is an advantage.
• Excellent capacity for writing clear and structured documents.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Good ability to deliver high-level presentations and facilitate meetings.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment, demonstrating initiative, teamwork, and an understanding of the needs, objectives and constraints of different disciplines and functions.
• Experience using the Microsoft 365 toolset, including Excel.
• Experience using Power BI, Power Automate and Jira.
