Job summary

Real Staffing Group is seeking a SAP Transformation Project Management Analyst / PMO Analyst to support a global S/4HANA transformation. You will handle project tracking, governance, analytics, and cross-workstream coordination within a fast-moving enterprise, partnering with Deployment Leads and Senior Project Managers to deliver milestones.

The ideal candidate brings junior-to-mid level PMO experience with strong Jira and Power BI skills to build dashboards, track progress, and drive actions

Qualifications

• PMO Analyst or junior PMO/PM role in large-scale transformation.
• Advanced Jira usage and Power BI dashboard development.
• Experience tracking RAID logs, governance, and multi-workstream reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and Deployment Leads across a global SAP transformation.
• Maintain RAID logs and governance artifacts.
• Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting packs.
• Produce program status reports and analytics.
• Assist with governance, change control, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate workshops and program logistics.
• Ensure reporting reflects delivery status across stakeholders.
