Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking an IT Project Manager I to provide project coordination and junior PM support for IT initiatives. You will collaborate with project managers, IT leaders, technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional partners to keep projects organized and on track.

The role requires strong written and verbal English communication, disciplined follow-through, and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, meetings, deliverables, and internal IT training

Qualifications

• 1+ year of IT project coordination/PMO support or related role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT projects and workstreams from planning through implementation and closure.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, milestone trackers, risk and issue logs, and other documentation.
• Monitor tasks and follow up to confirm progress and unblock blockers.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings and distribute materials and decisions.
• Prepare professional status updates, presentations, and stakeholder communications for IT initiatives.
• Coordinate with IT teams, business partners, vendors, and stakeholders for alignment and execution.
• Provide accurate reporting on progress, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
• Escalate risks and resource constraints to the project manager or leader.
• Support IT training activities and post-training follow-up.
• Assist with change management, deployment readiness, and adoption activities.
