Qualifications

• Working knowledge of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
• Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tickets and prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Preferred certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and maintain computers, phones, peripherals, and basic network equipment under supervision.
• Respond to and resolve technical support tickets related to networking, hardware, and phones.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, hardware, and software issues for staff and field teams.
• Document issues, resolutions, and processes clearly in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when needed.
• Maintain organized records of equipment, software licenses, and support history.
• Communicate clearly with non-technical staff during troubleshooting.
• Support other IT projects and tasks as assigned.
