Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, repair, maintain, and secure data communications hardware and software.
• Provide user support for software and personal computers.
• Respond to emergency duty assignments as required.
• Implement technology standards, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as the technical point of contact and collaborate with school leadership.
• Monitor LAN/WAN performance and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Support PARCC and other online testing environments.
