Job summary

Eurofins USA Consumer Product Testing in Norwood, MA is seeking a Junior IT Networking Professional to support daily technology operations. You will set up computers, manage basic network configurations, and troubleshoot Windows-based systems and connectivity issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science preferred.
• CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and application issues.
• Provide first-level support for Windows-based systems and Microsoft applications.
• Maintain IT documentation.
• Assist in maintaining network infrastructure (routers, switches, access points).
• Install software, apply patches, and perform routine maintenance.
• Support users in person, by phone, or remotely.
