Job summary

Eurofins USA Consumer Product Testing in Norwood, MA is seeking a motivated Junior IT Networking Professional to join our team and support day-to-day technology operations.

In this hands-on role you’ll set up desktops and laptops, manage basic network configurations, support Windows and Office 365, and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with benefits including medical, dental, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science preferred.
• CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is a plus.
• 2+ years IT support or networking experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and maintain desktops and laptops for users.
• Troubleshoot internet connectivity and application issues.
• Provide first-level support for Windows and Microsoft apps.
• Maintain and update IT documentation as needed.
• Assist in maintenance of network infrastructure (routers, switches, APs).
• Install and update software, apply patches, and perform routine maintenance.
• Support users via in-person, phone, or remote assistance.
