Ignite IT is seeking a Junior IT Asset Management Technician to support the daily operations of an enterprise IT Asset Management program. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, tracking, issuing, inventorying, relocating, and disposing of government-owned IT equipment while maintaining accurate asset records in ServiceNow (SNOW).

The ideal candidate has experience managing the full IT asset lifecycle, maintaining inventory accountability, and providing excellent customer service

Competenze

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain High Public Trust clearance.
• 5+ years IT Asset Management experience.
• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow ITAM experience.
• Experience managing the full IT asset lifecycle (receiving, inventory control, issuance, recovery, relocation, disposal).
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management.
• Experience performing physical inventories and reconciliations.
• Knowledge of asset tagging and barcode systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational, time management, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
