Job summary

IntelliDyne, LLC is seeking an Asset Management Specialist to join our Washington, DC team. The role focuses on managing software licenses and hardware assets, applying Configuration Management, and coordinating asset-related activities across programs.

Required: a high school diploma, at least 2 years of experience, and DOJ Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain. The package includes a broad range of IT service delivery responsibilities and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent level of experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Security Clearance: DOJ Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Manage, track, research and maintain expiration dates for software licenses and hardware assets.
• Apply Configuration Management principles and practices.
• Understand software licensing terms and related hardware requirements.
• Evaluate and maintain software license agreements and provide recommendations.
• Develop and execute processes to manage program software versions and hardware assets.
• Coordinate asset management activities among project roles and programs.
• Coordinate relocation, retirement, and disposal of hardware and software with staff, vendors, and law enforcement.
• Ensure contracts and licenses are obtained for expired or new assets.
• Engage senior specialists or management for guidance on customer inquiries.
