Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and provisioning of hardware for new hires.
• Track IT assets through provisioning, exchanges, and returns.
• Triage ITAM tickets and communicate status to end-users.
• Coordinate with vendors and HR to ensure equipment arrives on start date.
• Maintain inventory in Smartsheet with real-time accuracy.
