Responsabilidades

• Assist Senior Account Managers in developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Serve as a primary contact for assigned accounts for routine inquiries and coordination.
• Support in understanding customer needs and aligning them with Smart IMS solutions.
• Assist with client communications, documentation, and reporting.
• Document client feedback and share actionable insights with internal teams.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on client interactions and account health.
• Maintain organized account records and support day-to-day operations.
• Learn Smart IMS services and gradually take on more responsibilities.
