6 Month Contract with potential for Permanent Employment or Extensions

Compensation

$26/hr to $32.75/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

This role sits within a team responsible for managing invested assets and works closely with both operations and accounting partners. The ideal candidate brings strong Excel skills, comfort working with financial data, and experience maintaining audit-ready documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily investment operations, including buying and selling securities across multiple banking systems.
• Process and monitor wires, ensuring accuracy when handling transactions such as municipal bonds, treasury bonds, and other fixed-income products.
• Review and process invoices, incentive fees, and other investment-related payments.
• Maintain audit-friendly documentation and collaborate with internal audit teams as needed.
• Perform Excel-based modeling and calculations tied to asset values and investment activity.
