You will update reports, tailor client plans, and participate in marketing activities like cold calling while growing a book of business. A license is required or will be reimbursed, with generous weekly draws and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience using accounting or sales-related software is beneficial
• Willingness to learn about the insurance industry, programs, and regulations
• Basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Must be a superb communicator with ability to analyze complex ideas
• Candidates must have or be willing to get an insurance license

Responsibilities

• Update reports, records, bookkeeping systems, and other tools to report progress toward monthly sales goals
• Tailor risk management strategies and client profiles to individual needs
• Stay updated on changes to agency rules/policies and amend programs accordingly
• Implement marketing strategies including cold calling and networking while maintaining a portfolio
• Conduct meetings with clients to present best policies for their needs
