Job summary

Andrew Meier Inc. is seeking an entry-level Sales Representative to join our insurance agent team. The role focuses on learning and growth, building client relationships, and driving insurance sales with supportive training and a strong team culture.

You will update reports, tailor client profiles, and participate in marketing efforts including cold calling while earning commissions and bonuses as you develop your skills in an independent, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience using accounting or sales-related software is beneficial
• Willingness to learn about the insurance industry and regulations
• Basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Must be a superb communicator and able to analyze complex ideas
• Candidates must have or be willing to get an insurance license

Responsibilities

• Update reports, records, bookkeeping systems to report progress toward monthly sales goals
• Tailor risk management strategies and client profiles to individual needs
• Stay abreast of changes to rules or policies to amend programs for clients
• Implement marketing strategies including cold calling and networking
• Conduct meetings with clients to present best policies
