Qualifications

• Experience with accounting or sales software is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn about insurance programs, regulations, and industry.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office suite are required.
• Must be a superb communicator with customer service experience beneficial.
• Candidates must have or be willing to obtain an insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Update reports and records to track progress toward monthly sales goals.
• Tailor risk management strategies and client profiles to needs.
• Stay informed on agency rule/policy changes to adjust programs.
• Implement marketing strategies including cold calling and networking.
