Job summary

Andrew Meier Inc. is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our insurance agent team. You will build client relationships, tailor risk profiles, and drive sales with training support and performance incentives.

The role offers a fast onboarding, weekly draws with commissions, and ongoing training. You should be a superb communicator, eager to learn, and willing to obtain a Health & Life license if not already licensed.

Qualifications

• Experience using accounting or sales-related software is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn about the insurance industry, programs, and regulations.
• Basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite are required.
• Must be a superb communicator able to analyze complex ideas like insurance programs; customer service experience is beneficial.
• Candidates must have or be willing to obtain an insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Update reports, records, bookkeeping systems, and other tools to report progress toward monthly sales goals.
• Tailor risk management strategies and client profiles to reflect each customer's needs.
• Stay abreast of policy changes to amend insurance programs for clients.
• Implement marketing strategies including cold calling and networking to connect with potential clients.
• Meet with new and potential clients to present the best policies for their needs.
