Job summary

Employment Enterprises seeks a Junior Insurance Analyst based in Fairfax, VA to support the Risk Management Department with administering insurance programs and ensuring compliance. You will prepare insurance reports, assist in risk-mitigation efforts, and coordinate with providers and internal teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and some experience in insurance or risk management. It is a direct-hire, full-time, onsite position offering a salary range of $60,000-$70,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, or related field is required.
• Experience or internship in insurance, risk management, or a related role is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Risk Management Department in administering insurance programs.
• Prepare and manage insurance-related reports to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Assist with risk mitigation efforts related to property insurance and liability coverage.
• Coordinate communication with insurance providers and internal teams.
• Maintain records of insurance policies, claims, and certificates.
• Monitor renewals and policy expiration dates.
• Assist in evaluating insurance coverage needs and recommendations.
