Job summary

Hauser-Inc is seeking a Junior Analyst, Financial & Professional Risk to support client service across D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, Cyber, and Professional Liability lines. You will collaborate with the FPR team to prepare applications, manage certificates, and handle renewals and invoices.

You will also assist with policy changes, client communications, and data analysis to educate clients and drive recommendations, with training to grow into a trusted advisor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year of work experience, preferred in the insurance industry.
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license, or willingness to obtain within 60 days.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated customer service orientation.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Previous experience with Applied EPIC preferred.
• Willing to work on-site four days per week, with remote Fridays.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to a portfolio of clients, coordinating with FPR team members.
• Assist in renewal processes by gathering information, market submissions, and loss data.
• Utilize Hauser Group’s tools and systems to place coverage and service clients.
• Provide billing and plan administration support to clients.
• Analyze quotes, rates, and renewal documentation for professional lines.
• Help develop materials to simplify client understanding of coverages.
• Support additional service duties as capacity allows.
• Engage in training to grow as a trusted client advisor.
