Our client is a privately held real estate organization located in the Mid-Atlantic region. The Junior Insurance Analyst role will support its Risk Management Department in administering insurance programs and ensuring compliance through managing insurance-related reports. This is a direct hire full-time position, onsite, based in Fairfax, VA, offering a salary range of $60,000-$70,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Support the Risk Management Department in administering insurance programs.
• Manage and prepare insurance-related reports to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Assist with risk mitigation efforts related to property insurance and liability coverage.
• Coordinate communication with insurance providers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of insurance policies, claims, and certificates.
• Monitor insurance renewals and policy expiration dates.
• Assist in the evaluation of insurance coverage needs and recommendations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, or related field.
• Previous experience or internship in insurance, risk management, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work onsite in Fairfax, VA.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting property and liability insurance programs.

• Insurance certification such as CRM (Certification in Risk Management) is a plus.
• Familiarity with real estate industry risk considerations.
