Job summary

Paylocity's Financial & Professional Risk team is seeking a Junior Analyst to support client service delivery. You will handle insurance applications, certificates of insurance, endorsements, schedules, invoicing, file setup and policy-change requests.

You will assist with renewals, compile submissions, market applications, loss information, and renewal proposals, and you will use Applied EPIC to support coverage placement and client service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of work experience is preferred.
• Active Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain within 60 days of employment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated customer service orientation.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Applied EPIC is preferred.
• Willing to work on-site four days per week, with remote Fridays.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to a portfolio of clients, including applications, certificates of insurance, endorsements, and schedules; invoicing and file maintenance.
• Assist in renewal processes by gathering information, submitting market applications, and preparing renewal proposals.
• Utilize Applied EPIC and Hauser Group tools to support coverage placement and client service.
• Provide billing and plan administration support to clients.
• Analyze quotes and renewal documentation for management and professional lines.
• Help develop materials that explain insurance coverages to clients.
• Support other service duties as capacity allows.
• Pursue training and education to become a trusted advisor to clients.
