Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• No relevant experience required; will receive on-the-job training.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Basic measurement and arithmetic skills, including taking, converting, and using measurements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills: maintain good relationships with customers/vendors.
• Ability to make sound decisions based on knowledge, experience, and judgment.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• 4-year college degree preferred.
• Detail oriented, can maintain organization and multi-task.
• Problem solving/Conflict resolution and negotiation skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, develop, and grow new and established customer accounts.
• Serve as the primary contact for accounts.
• Field inbound calls/emails from customers.
• Make outbound calls/emails to current and prospective customers.
• Quote pricing and lead time, communicate expectations with the customer.
• Manage orders both internally and externally.
• Daily coordination with all departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build relationships with customer base.
