Norfolk Iron is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support profitable sales growth and maintain strong customer relationships within the steel service industry. You will handle customer inquiries, coordinate deliveries, and promote our online customer portal to enhance engagement.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in Sales or Customer Service, plus 2+ years in flat roll metal sales, with a High school diploma or GED; college is a plus. This is an on-site role in New Century, KS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales or Customer Service.
• 2+ years in sales of flat roll metal products or metal fabrication.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
