Qualifications

Experience communicating with customers via phone and email.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication essential.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM/ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage customer accounts to ensure timely delivery and retention.
Handle inbound and outbound customer communications including phone and email.
Research prospective leads and provide reports to management.
Collaborate with estimating and internal teams to finalize quotes, pricing, and lead times.
Enter and maintain sales orders and CRM records for leads and customers.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers.
