Job summary

Strada Services in Texas is seeking an AC Estimator to design HVAC ductwork for Residential New Construction projects. You will size, design, and cost duct systems using Wrightsoft Right-Suite, Energy Gauge, and CAD, while ensuring code compliance and energy calculations.

Two years of related experience and at least one year in HVAC design/estimation are expected. This role offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience required.
• At least one year experience in HVAC design and estimating.
• Experience with Wrightsoft Right-Suite and Energy Gauge software, and CAD preferred. (Willing to train the right Candidate.)

Responsibilities

• Sizing, designing, and costing HVAC duct system installations in Residential New Construction Homes.
• Design efficient HVAC systems per company procedures and codes.
• Perform code compliance energy calculations per municipality.
• Perform equipment and material takeoffs from design drawings.
• Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with estimators, sales staff, field supervisors and operations manager to update layouts and estimates.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
