Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and understanding of permit processes.
• Design-Build experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Estimate all assigned projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Review proposal specifications and drawings to determine scope of work.
• Prepare final estimate sheets and bid forms as required.

Education

5+ years of experience in HVAC, PIPING, and ESTIMATING
