You will navigate the platform, maintain organized CRM data, and coordinate with architects or strategic sales for complex deals in a hybrid in-office setting. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to explain technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Basic understanding of servers and what makes a cloud, plus GPU compute basics.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for inbound prospects, understanding what they're trying to achieve and where Verda might fit.
• Approach conversations as problem-solving opportunities rather than product pushes.
• Navigate our platform and explain products for different customers and cases.
• Prepare simple quotes, cost comparisons, and usage estimates to justify pricing.
• Discuss and review ramp-up plans.
• Keep CRM pipelines and inboxes tidy, tracking conversations and follow-ups.
• Filter and route requests by bringing in a Solution Architect or Strategic Sales when needed.
