Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an entry-level professional to support risk and control testing activities in Columbus, OH. You will help perform risk assessments, assist in enterprise risk programs, and promote a proactive risk management culture in collaboration with technology and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities include maintaining controls documentation, supporting policy development, and aiding in remediation efforts while developing a solid foundation in technology risk management.

Qualifications

• Up to 3 years of risk-based experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent transferable experience through coursework, internships, or work experience.
• Business and technology aptitude with a willingness to learn and understand key processes within technology, cybersecurity, and data management.
• Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with a high level of detail in a high‑pressure environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present requirements/issues clearly and concisely.
• Ability to effectively work within a team environment and collaborate on projects.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
