Job summary

TEKsystems in Columbus, OH seeks a Contract Identity & Access Management Specialist to provision, deprovision, and manage entitlements across Unix/Linux, Windows, databases, and mainframe/RACF. You will resolve Level 2 access issues and work with business partners to improve deployment processes.

The role emphasizes collaboration, adherence to security standards (ISO, NIST, SOX, PCI), and use of ServiceNow with internal tools for ticketing and SLA adherence in a hybrid Columbus-based environment.

Qualifications

• Provisioning, deprovisioning and entitlement management across multiple platforms (Unix/Linux, Windows, databases, Mainframe/RACF).
• Resolve Level 2 identity management issues and collaborate with business partners on access challenges.
• Assist in improving deployment processes, tool usage, and maintaining operational procedures.

• Work with authentication standards (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID, SCIM).
• Ensure compliance with security frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOX, PCI).
• Utilize ServiceNow and internal tools (ART & AIMS) for ticket management and SLA adherence.
• Maintain high performance measured by volume, SLA compliance, and quality standards.

Job description

Scope of Work

• Perform provisioning, deprovisioning, and entitlement management across multiple platforms (Unix/Linux, Windows, databases, Mainframe/RACF).
• Resolve Level 2 identity management issues and collaborate with business partners to address access challenges.
• Assist in improving deployment processes, tool usage, and maintaining operational procedures.
• Support large-scale Technology Operations deliverables and contribute to planning and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage identity lifecycle using IAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping, and Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD.
• Work with authentication standards (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID, SCIM).
• Ensure compliance with security frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOX, PCI).
• Utilize ServiceNow and internal tools (ART & AIMS) for ticket management and SLA adherence.
• Maintain high performance measured by volume, SLA compliance, and quality standards.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Columbus, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $61.00 - $61.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
