Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Illustration, or related discipline.
• Proficiency in Illustrator; familiarity with Photoshop is a plus.
• Strong visual design abilities, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Interest in licensed merchandise and apparel product development.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Effective communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Eagerness to learn garment construction, tech design, and apparel manufacturing.
• Experience with tech packs or apparel manufacturing is beneficial but not required.
• Packaging design experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Artwork & Graphic Development: Design original graphics for licensed apparel; reflect licensing requirements and brand standards.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain tech packs detailing artwork placement, color variations, measurements, materials, and construction.
• Product Design & Development: Collaborate with design and merchandising teams through concept to production.
• Sample Evaluation: Inspect samples for graphic accuracy, color matching, and placement; provide adjustments.
• Team & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with merchandising, production, and overseas manufacturing partners.
• File & Specification Management: Keep artwork files, tech packs, specs, and notes organized.
• Packaging Support: Assist in creating packaging graphics and related documentation.
