Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Illustration, or related field required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; familiarity with Photoshop is a plus.
• Strong visual design abilities, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Interest in licensed merchandise and apparel product development.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Effective communication and collaboration across teams.
• Willingness to learn garment construction, technical design, and apparel manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Artwork & Graphic Development: design graphics, prints, patterns for licensed apparel.
• Technical Documentation: prepare and maintain tech packs detailing artwork placement and specs.
• Product Design & Development: partner with design/merchandising from concept to production.
• Sample Evaluation: inspect samples for accuracy, color, and fit; provide feedback.
• Team & Vendor Coordination: work with merchandising, production, and overseas partners.
• File & Specification Management: organize artwork files, tech packs, specs, notes.
• Packaging Support: assist in creating packaging graphics and related docs.
