ManpowerGroup's client in Tempe, AZ, is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join their Creative Services Department. You will create and update marketing collateral, assist with campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across materials in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of graphic design experience, strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, and a collaborative mindset. This onsite role offers exposure to healthcare marketing projects and a long-term contract path.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of graphic design experience (internships accepted).
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience creating and editing branded PowerPoint presentations; familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong typography, layout, visual design, organization, and production skills.
• Ability to take creative direction, incorporate feedback, and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and update marketing collateral, brochures, sell sheets, advertisements, presentations, digital graphics, and training materials.
• Support product launches, conventions, physician education programs, digital campaigns, and internal communication initiatives.
• Prepare design concepts, layouts, mockups, and production-ready files while maintaining brand consistency and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies, printers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of creative projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
