Job summary

Trinzic, the upcoming spin-off from KBR, is seeking a Jr Fullstack Software Engineer in Colorado Springs. You will help develop secure, end-to-end cloud workflows, containerization with Kubernetes or Docker, and build CI/CD pipelines.

You will collaborate with teams, apply GitOps, support security and scalability, and use Python, JavaScript, and GoLang across stacks. Familiarity with AWS and IaC is expected; prior DevSecOps experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience with Kubernetes or Docker
• 2 years’ developing web-based applications
• Develop and implement end-to-end cluster and application lifecycles
• Experience with Agile, Agile XP, DevOps, and DevSecOps methodologies
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, Vue.Js, Angular and or React
• Experience with scripting languages Python, Bash, Powershell
• Knowledge of version control systems like Gitlab
• Experience in software systems development using CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Passionate about automation, system efficiency, and security
• Experience with Log Management and Analytics tools
• Proficient in tools like AWS Cloud Services, Gitlab, Ansible, Maven, Gradle
• Experience with Unit/Integration Testing
• Experience with Test Driven Development
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, end-to-end Kubernetes or Docker-based cluster and application lifecycles.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines with a focus on security and automation.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to architect containerized solutions.
• Apply GitOps principles for automated deployments.
• Maintain IaC/CaC infrastructure.
• Leverage AWS and other clouds for reliability and security.
• Implement DevSecOps practices across development lifecycle.
• Ensure log management and analytics for monitoring.
• Develop automation scripts (Bash, Python, PowerShell) for security checks.
• Stay current with cloud technologies and best practices.
