Job summary

Assembly, Inc. is looking for an Associate Account Executive to join our two-person sales team in a full-cycle role. You’ll run discovery, demos, and close deals, gaining hands-on sales experience and direct feedback from the sales lead.

You’ll work side-by-side with our lead, handling 5+ demos per day, owning your pipeline, and selling value in deals ranging from $2,500 to $50k per year. This in-person role offers real mentorship and a path to owning the sales cycle as you grow.

Qualifications

• You don't need years of quota-carrying experience.
• Sharp communication, genuine curiosity, and drive to learn fast.

Responsibilities

• Run demos and close deals.
• Lead discovery and solutioning across diverse service-based businesses.
• Own your pipeline and maintain forecast accuracy.
• Sell value in deals in the ~$2,500-$50k/year range.
• Become a product expert and provide feedback to product/CRM.
• Contribute to messaging and qualification criteria as the team scales.
