Job summary

Valkyrie Enterprises seeks a Junior Program/Project Manager in Arlington, VA to support U.S. Third-Party and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) activities.

You will help develop and execute FMS initiatives, coordinate PMRs, and prepare documentation for government and industry stakeholders. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, plus strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Must have experience supporting program or project management activities.
• Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have the ability to effectively coordinate with government, industry, and customer stakeholders.
• Must be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple actions, priorities, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of U.S. Third-Party and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) initiatives.
• Draft, review, and coordinate required U.S. Government documentation supporting Third-Party and FMS activities.
• Prepare for and participate in Third-Party and FMS-related meetings and PMRs with FMS customers.
• Interface with relevant government, international, and industry stakeholders necessary to execute U.S. Government FMS objectives.
• Assist with tracking and resolving PEO IWS 11 Third-Party and FMS actions, issues, and program requirements.
• Support coordination of program schedules, action items, deliverables, and customer requirements.
• Assist with the preparation of briefings, status updates, meeting materials, and other program documentation.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to support successful program execution.
