Job summary

Precise Systems is seeking a Junior FMS Program Analyst to support PMA-276 at the Patuxent River, MD Program Office. The candidate will join the Nigeria FMS IPT and help evaluate program objectives, analyze requirements, budget, and schedules.

The role involves developing CPARs/SOWs/CDRLs/PIDs, collecting and organizing data, tracking IPT deadlines, and preparing materials with MS Office tools. A junior associate’s degree is required with potential substitutions, and a TS clearance is needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn entry, maintenance, and tracking of budget, financial, and acquisition information using CSPT/PMT and related visualization tools.
• Proficiency with AMS Suite of Tools and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the FMS International Team and support the overall program team.
• Assist with development, submission, and routing of CPARs, SOWs, CDRLs, PIDs, and Acquisition Strategies.
• Collect, interpret, track, and organize information related to program and product requirements.
• Track IPT requirements and ensure inputs are collected ahead of deadlines.
• Prepare presentation materials using Microsoft Office applications.
