Job summary

StraCon Services Group, LLC in Patuxent River, MD is seeking a Junior FMS Analyst to support a NAVAIR PMA for a Rotary Wing Program Office. The role focuses on assisting Case Managers, program managers, and team leads on Foreign Military Sales programs.

Candidates will analyze and manage FMS casework per ITAR, SAMM, and the Arms Export Control Act, and will track program status, budgets, and schedules. A BA/BS is required, with substitutions allowed; U.S.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; substitutions allowed as per policy.
• Substitution options include an Associate’s Degree plus two years of relevant work experience, or four extra years of experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports the efforts of the Case Manager, Program Managers, and Team Lead for various FMS programs.
• Assists in analyzing and managing FMS casework per ITAR, SAMM, and Arms Export Control Act.
• Applies analytic techniques to evaluate program objectives and tracks status/schedules.
• Analyzes requirements, budgets, schedules, and performs technical/business analyses.
• Collects, organizes, and interprets data related to acquisition programs and products.
• Familiarity with AMS/CDRL/PID tools and FMS processes.
