Decision Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Junior FMS Project Manager in Arlington, VA to support US Navy Weapons Engineering and Program Acquisition efforts. This on-site role reports to the contract Program Manager and focuses on third-party and FMS sales, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.

The candidate should have 2-5 years of PM experience, exposure to FMS projects, and a SECRET clearance. A Bachelor's degree and PMP-related coursework are preferred for professional growth in a

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience as a project manager
• Some experience or exposure to FMS projects
• Bachelor's degree in business, technical, or related discipline
• Active SECRET clearance
• PMP certification or coursework in preparation for PMP certification
• Ability to work with team members and subcontractors from various disciplines
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to develop and deliver coherent customer presentations

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of US third-party and FMS sales.
• Draft and/or review required governmental documentation.
• Prepare for and participate in Third Party and FMS Sales-related meetings and PMRs with FMS customers.
• Interface with government and industry stakeholders to execute FMS objectives and resolve actions.
• Lead the overall planning, direction, and success of program office projects, systems development efforts, and acquisition initiatives.
• Establish and control technical milestones, schedules, budgets, and report project status to the contract Program Manager.
