Job summary

ProCleared LLC is seeking a junior analyst to provide foundational support for financial management activities in a government-related program. You will assist with data gathering, document preparation, and tracking transactions to support budget formulation and execution under supervision.

The role requires 0-3 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. It offers exposure to DoD budgeting processes and budget execution monitoring.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance is required.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's, compliant with GSA standards.
• Demonstrated experience with DoW or other government agency budgetary or finance processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in gathering, maintaining, and reviewing program and budget data from various financial systems and data calls.
• Supporting the development and publication of budget exhibits for CBJB and IPBS.
• Assisting in the preparation and processing of funding documents and basic financial briefing materials; supporting budget execution tracking of commitments, obligations, and expenditures.
