Job summary

Daikin Comfort Technologies Mfg Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the Sales Planning organization, working remotely. The role involves preparing and analyzing complex financial data, building financial models, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.

The analyst will collaborate with leadership to provide insightful analyses, ensure accurate reporting, and drive improvements in financial performance across the division.

Qualifications

• Highly analytical with ability to get to root cause and drive improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication across departments and executives.
• Expertise in building and analyzing financial models; and month-end close experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the Operational Budget for the division with the Director of Finance.
• Review presentations from business units for consistent data and messaging.
• Develop budgets and forecasts; explain variances vs. plan for balance sheet and cash flow.
• Prepare monthly reporting package for Finance Director and Leadership Team.
• Generate reports forecasting the division's activity and financial position.
