Job summary

Sony Corporation of America is seeking an Associate Field Service Engineer to train with our flow cytometry service team in the New England and NY Metro region. This is a fixed-term position for recent graduates aimed at providing hands-on technical field experience with potential advancement based on performance.

The suitable candidate will assist Field Service Engineers, troubleshoot technical issues, and support customer satisfaction while acquiring essential skills in flow cytometry systems.

Qualifications

• Recent college graduates within the past 6 months.
• Degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
• Interest in field service and laboratory instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Train alongside Field Service Engineers at customer sites.
• Assist with troubleshooting technical issues.
• Support customer satisfaction through professional communication.
