Burnett Staffing Specialists is partnering with a leader in service-industry uniforms to hire a Jr. Sales Associate in the Englewood/Denver area. This entry-level role is a stepping stone into Outside Sales, working with a Sr.

Rep to learn prospecting, appointment setting, and territory growth. You'll be in the field, primarily in your vehicle, focusing on B2B door-knocking, cold-calling, and in-person connections.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of prospecting experience including researching, qualifying, identifying needs, presenting, handling objections, and negotiating

Responsibilities

• Generate appointments and set qualified first-time meetings for the Sales Representatives
• Prospect and cold call businesses to gather information and set appointments
• Maintain Salesforce records for prospects, accounts, and opportunities
• Support daily planning with the senior rep
